PENGARUH PENDEKATAN KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK MODELING DAN PENGUATAN POSITIF TERHADAP PERILAKU PROSOSIAL SISWA KELAS X MIPA SMA NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh pendekatan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan penguatan positif terhadap perilaku prososial siswa kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja Singaraja (2) terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling, (3) terdapat perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, dan kuesioner perilaku prososial. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kruskall wallis dan t-burney. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest-control group design. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan penguatan positif berpengaruh terhadap perilaku prososial, dilihat dari analisis H > X2kw (α) (k-1) (15,158 > 5,591) (2) perbadaan perilaku prososial siswa kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik modeling, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (18,444 > 2,571) (3) perbedaan perilaku prososial siswa kelas X MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (5,888 > 2,571). Sehingga pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan penguatan positif berpengaruh terhadap perilaku prososial siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Modeling, Penguatan Positif, Prososial
This research was experimental research design which has purpose to know: (1) a significant effect of counseling behavioral approach modeling technique and positive reinforcements on students’ pro-social behavior in grade X of MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja (2) a significant effect of counseling behavioral approach pretest and posttest modeling technique on students’ pro-social behavior in grade X of MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja (3) a significant effect of counseling behavioral technique positive reinforcements on pretest and posttest on students’ pro-social in grade X of MIPA SMA N 4 Singaraja, students’ opinion. The population of this research was the students in grade X of MIPA SMA N 4 Singraja in academic years of 2015/2016. The process of collecting the data in this research use observation sheet, and questionnaire of pro-social behavior. The method used to analyze the data is kruskall wallis dan t-burney test. The design of this study was pretest-posttest-control group design. Based on the data analysis, which found (1) counseling behavioral approach modeling technique and the use of positive reinforcements has an effect on pro-social behavior, it can be seen on the value of H > X2kw (α) (k-1) (15,158 > 5,591) (2) counseling behavioral approach modeling technique after and before treatment has an effect on pro-social behavior, it can be seen on the value of thitung> ttabel (18,444 > 2,571) (3) counseling behavioral approach with positive pretest and posttest technique before and after treatment has an effect on pro-social behavior, it can be seen on the value of thitung> ttabel (5,885 > 2,571). This analysis showed that the hypothesis was acceptable. So, it can be concluded that counseling behavioral modeling technique and positive reinforcements approach has an effect on students’ pro-social behavior in grade X of SMA N 4 Singaraja in academic years of 2015/2016
