EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING RASIONAL EMOTIF DENGAN TEHNIK SELF- MANAGEMENT DAN TEHNIK BIBLIOTERAPY UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR PRILAKU PROCRASCINATION AKADEMIK SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitasKonseling Rasional Emotif dengan Teknik Self Management dan Teknik Bibliotherapy Untuk Meminimalisir Prilaku Procrastination Akademik Siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Secara khusus untuk mengetahui perbedaan penurunan perilaku Procrastination akademik antara siswa yang diberikan konseling Rasional Emotif Teknik Self Managementdengan yang diberikan tindakan konseling Rasional Emotif Teknik Bibliotherapy. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Singaraja.Metode pengumpulan sampel yang dipakai adalah menggunakan teknik Random sampling. Pengupulan data hanya dilakukan pada kelompok subjek yang memiliki karakteristik sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu siswa yang memiliki perilaku Procrastination akademik dari hasil sekor awal (pretes) didapatkan 24 orang yang memiliki Procrastination akademik yang tinggi kemudian dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok 2 kelompok eksperimen dan 1 kelompok kontrol. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan “ Pretest-Posttest Countrol Group Desain” hal ini dikarenakan peneliti melakukan perlakuan (treatmen). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan penurunan perilaku Procrastination akademik antara kelompok kontrol dengan kelompok eksperimen. dapat disimpulkan teknik Self Menagement lebih berpengaruh terhadap (Procrastination akademik ) dibandingkan dengan teknik Bibliotherapy, R1>R3 atau 147>36 dapat disimpulkan teknik Self Menagement lebih berpengaruh terhadap (Procrastination akademik ) dibandingkan perlakuan konvensional, R2>R3 atau 117>36 jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Self Menagement lebih berpengaruh terhadap (VT) dibandingkan teknik Bibliotherapy.Kata Kunci : Konseling Rasional Emotif, Teknik Self Management, Teknik Bibliotherapy, Procrastination Akademik.
Abstract This aims of study is to determine the effectiveness of Rational Emotive Counselling with Self Management and Bibliotherapy Techniques to Minimize Delays Academic Behavior in Class X at SMAN 2 Singaraja Academic Year 2015 / Special 2016.Specificaly to know the difference between the academic Delays decrease the behavior of students who were counseled Rational Emotive Mechanical Self Management and a given act of Rational Emotive counseling techniques bibliotherapy. The population in this study was all students of class X SMAN 2 Singaraja. Sample collection was used random sampling techniques. Collecting data is only performed on a group of subjects that have characteristics consistent with the purpose of research that students who have behavioral delays academic results sekor initial (pretest) got 24 people who have delays high academic then divided into three groups of two experimental groups and one control group. The research design using "pretest-posttest Countrol Group Design" this is because researchers do treatments (treatments). The results showed there were differences in behavioral decline in academic delay between the control group with the experimental group. Inferential techniques Self Menagement more influence on (Delay academic) compared with the technique of bibliotherapy, R1> R3 or 147> 36 inferential techniques Self Menagement more influence on (Delay academic) than conventional treatment, R2> R3 or 117> 36 so it can be concluded that self management technique more influence on the Self Menagement (VT) compared bibliotherapy techniques.
