Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) perbedaan self confidence antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik role playing pada siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, 2) pengaruh interaksi antara konseling behavioral dengan tipe kepribadian terhadap self confidence, 3) perbedaan self confidence antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik role playing pada siswa tipe kepribadian ekstrovert, 4) perbedaan self confidence antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik role playing pada siswa tipe kepribadian introvert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, metode pengambilan sampel yang dipakai adalah purposive sampling. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Posttest Only Control Group Design. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah anava dua jalur. Dari analisis ditemukan bahwa 1) terdapat perbedaan self confidence antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik role playing, dilihat dari analisis nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (4.236>3,98), 2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara konseling behavioral dengan tipe kepribadian terhadap self confidence, dilihat dari analisis nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (21,955>3,98), 3) terdapat perbedaan self confidence antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik role playing pada siswa berkepribadian ekstrovert, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung>t(dk;α) (9,57>1,99) , 4) terdapat perbedaan self confidence antara siswa yang mendapatkan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik role playing pada siswa berkepribadian introvert dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung>t(dk;α) (3,73>1,99). Berdasarkan analisis ini hipotesis yang diajukan dapat diterima. Sehingga konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan role playing berpengaruh terhadap self confidence.

The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the difference of self confidence between students who got behavioral counseling approaches by modeling techniques and students who got counseling behavioral approach with role playing techniques in class X MIPA SMAN 4 Singaraja, 2) the effect of the interaction between behavioral counseling approaches with type of personality towards students’ self confidence, 3) the difference of self confidence between students who received behavioral counseling by modeling techniques and students who received behavioral counseling technique of role playing on students who has extrovert personality, 4) differences of self confidence between students who received behavioral counseling by modeling techniques and students who received behavioral counseling role playing techniques on the students who has introvert personality. The populations of this study were all students of class X SMAN 4 Singaraja MIPA, the sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling.The research design of this study was Posttest Only Control Group Design. The statistical analysis used is anava two lanes. From the analysis it was found that 1) there is a difference in self confidence between students who received behavioral counseling by modeling techniques and role playing techniques, can be seen from F count> F table (4,236> 3.98), 2) there are significant interactions between behavioral counseling with the personality type of the self confidence, can be seen from F count> F table (21.955> 3.98), 3) there is a difference in self confidence between students who received behavioral counseling modeling techniques and role playing techniques on extrovert students, can be seen from t count> t (dk; α) (9.57> 1.99) , 4) there is a difference in self confidence between students who received behavioral counseling by modeling techniques and role playing techniques on introvert students , can be seen from t count> t (dk; α) (3.73> 1.99). Based on this analysis, hypothesis that will be submitted was accepted. Based on those result, behavioral counseling with modeling technique and role playing technique have significant effects towards students’ self confidence.
