PERBEDAAN EFEKTIVITAS TEORI KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK MODELING DENGAN TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BAKAT VERBAL SISWA KELAS X SMA LABORATORIUM UNDIKSHA SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu (“Quasi Eksperiment”). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik modeling teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa kelas X 7, untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik latihan asertif teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa kelas X 6, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektivitas teknik modeling dengan teknik latihan asertif teori konseling behavioral dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner bakat verbal Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah t-test. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I ditreatmen teknik modeling teori konseling behavioral dengan pembanding kelompok control menghasilkan t hitung = 4,57 > t tabel = 1,70. Kelompok eksperimen II ditreatmen teknik latihan asertif teori konseling behavioral dengan pembanding kelompok kontrol menghasilkan t hitung = 2,77 > t tabel = 1,34. Treatmen teknik modeling dan latihan asertif teori konseling behavioral didapatkan t hitung = 2,85 > t tabel = 1,69. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik modeling teori konseling Behavioral efektif dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa kelas X 7, teknik teknik latihan asertif teori konseling Behavioral efektif dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa kelas X 6, terdapat perbedaan efektivitas teknik modeling dengan teknik latihan asertif teori konseling Behavioral dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Modeling, Latihan asertif, Bakat Verbal
This research is a pseudo ( "Quasi Experiment"). The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of modeling techniques theory of behavioral counseling in improving talent verbal class X 7, to determine the effectiveness of the technique assertiveness training theory behavioral counseling in improving talent verbal class X 6, and to know the effectiveness of modeling techniques with assertiveness training techniques theory behavioral counseling in improving students' verbal aptitude. The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets, sheets interviews, diaries and questionnaires verbal flair Data analysis method used was t-test. The results of this research that I use are treated experimental group counseling theory behavioral modeling techniques to produce a comparative control group of t = 4.57> t table = 1.70. The experimental group II are treated assertiveness training techniques with behavioral counseling theories comparator generates the control group t = 2.77> t table = 1.34. treatmen modeling techniques and assertiveness training behavioral counseling theories obtained t = 2.85> t table = 1.69. From these results, it can be concluded that the modeling techniques counseling theories Behavioral effective in improving talent verbal class X 7 techniques assertiveness training counseling theories Behavioral effective in improving talent verbal class X 6, there are differences in the effectiveness of the technique of modeling techniques assertiveness training theory Behavioral counseling in improving students' verbal aptitude.
