PERBEDAAN PENGARUH KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL STRATEGI SELF MANAGEMENT MODEL YATES DENGAN MODEL CORMIER & CORMIER TERHADAP PERILAKU SELF AGGRESSION SISWA KELAS XI DI SMA NEGERI 1 SUKASADA

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu (“Quasi Eksperiment”). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Strategi Self Management Model Yates dalam model konseling Kognitif Behavioral terhadap Self Aggresion siswa kelas XI IA, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Strategi Self Management Model Cormier & Cormier dalam model konseling Kognitif Behavioral terhadap Self Aggresion siswa kelas XI IB, untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh teknik Strategi Self Management Model Yates dengan Strategi Self Management Model Cormier & Cormier dalam model konseling Kognitif Behavioral terhadap Self Aggresion siswa kelas XI IA dan XI IB. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, buku harian dan kuesioner Self Aggresion. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah t-test. Hasil penelitian ini kelompok eksperimen I ditreatmen Self Management Model Yates model konseling Kognitif Behavioral dengan pembanding kelas kontrol menghasilkan Harga t hitung> Harga t tabel yaitu 2,25> 2,045, eksperimen II ditreatmen Strategi Self Management Model Cormier & Cormier model konseling Kognitif Behavioral dengan pembandingan kelas control menghasilkan Harga t hitung> Harga t tabel yaitu 5,24 > 2,045, model Konseling Kognitif Behavioral Strategi Self Management Model Yates dengan Strategi Self Management Model Cormier & Cormier telah terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan Self Aggresion siswa dimana hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa kedua varian tidak homogeny didapatkan hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa Harga t hitung > Harga t tabel yaitu 4,47 > 2,045. Hasil rerata hitung, juga didapatkan EMBED = -5,19> EMBED = 27,4 Dari penelitian ini Strategi Self Management Model Cormier & Cormier lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan Strategi Self Management Model Yates model konseling Kognitif Behavioral dalam meminimalisir Self Aggresion siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada.

This research is a pseudo ( "Quasi Experiment"). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the technique of strategy self management model yates in a counseling model Cognitive Behavioral against Self aggresion class XI IA, to determine the effectiveness of the technique of strategy self management model Cormier & Cormier in counseling model cognitive Behavioral against Self aggresion graders XI IB, to determine differences in the effectiveness of the technique of strategy self management model yates with strategy self management model Cormier & Cormier in cognitive Behavioral counseling model to Self aggresion class XI IA and XI IB. The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets, sheets interviews, diaries and questionnairesSelf aggresion. Data analysis method used was t-test. The results of this study are treated experimental group strategy self management model yates technique cognitive Behavioral counseling model to generate Price comparison control class t count> t table is 2.25 Price> 2.045, experimental treatments II strategy self management model Cormier & Cormier cognitive Behavioral counseling models by comparing a control class produce Price t count> t table is 5.24 Price> 2.045, the model Counseling cognitive Behavioral strategy self management model yates and strategy self management model Cormier & Cormier has been proven effective in improving students' Self aggression where the F test results suggest that both variants are not homogenous obtained t test results stating that Price t count> t table is 4.47 Price> 2.045. Arithmetic mean of the results, also obtained  = -5.19>  = 27.4 From this study the strategy self management model Cormier & Cormier is more effective than an strategy self management model yates cognitive Behavioral counseling model in minimizing Self aggresion class XI Senior High school 1 Sukasada.
