EFEKTIVITAS MODEL KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK DESENSITISASI SISTEMATIS DENGAN TEKNIK SHAPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN SELF ACHIEVEMENT SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/ 2016

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “quasi eksperimen” bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model konseling behavioral teknik desensitisasi sistematis dengan teknik shaping untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi dan kuesioner self achievement. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t-burney dan kruskall wallis. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan “Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design”. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) Model konseling behavioral dengan teknik desensitisasi sistematis efektif untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel atau 11,19 > 2,571 . (2) Model konseling behavioral dengan teknik shaping efektif untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel atau 18,60> 2,571, (3) Perbedaan efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik desensitisasi sistematis dengan teknik shaping untuk meningkatkan self achievement siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, dilihat dari analisis H > X2kw (α) (k-1) ( 17,828 > 5,591). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis penelitian dapat diterima sehingga terdapat perbedaan antara efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik desensitisasi sistematis dengan teknik shaping dalam meningkatkan self achievement siswa kelas VII. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas teknik desensitisasi sistematis dengan teknik shaping dalam meningkatkan self achievement siswa dapat dilihat dari R1>R2 atau 87>50. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik Shaping lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan teknik desensitisasi sistematis dalam meningkatkat self achievement siswa.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, desensitisasi sistematis, shaping
This is a quasi-experiment study which aims to investigate the effectiveness of behavioral counseling model of systematic desensitization techniques with shaping techniques to improve students’ self - achievement of VII grade of SMP N 1 Singaraja. The population was the VII grade students of SMP N 1 Singaraja. The data was collected using observation sheet and self-achievement questionnaire. T-Burney and Kruskall Wallis were the methods used to analyze the data. This study used Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Based on the analysis, it was found that (1) Behavioral counseling model of systematic desensitization techniques was effective to improve students’ self – achievement, seen from the score analysis thitung>ttabelor 11.19 >2.571. (2) Behavioral counseling model of shaping techniques was effective to improve students’ self – achievement, seen from the score analysis thitung>ttabelor 18.60> 2.571. (3) The effectiveness of behavioral counseling model of systematic desensitization techniques and shaping techniques to improve students’ self – achievement seen from the analysis H > X2kw (α) (k-1) ( 17,828 > 5,591). The result of the analysis shows that the study hypothesis is acceptable, so there is a difference between the effectiveness of behavioral counseling model of systematic desensitization techniques and shaping techniques in improving students’ self – achievement. To know the effectiveness of behavioral counseling model of systematic desensitization techniques and shaping techniques in improving students’ self – achievement can be seen from R1>R2 or 87>50. Thus, it is concluded that shaping technique is more effective than systematic desensitization techniques in improving students’ self – achievement.
