PERBEDAAN PENGARUH MODEL KONSELING KOGNITIF SOSIAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING DAN TEKNIK COGNITIVE RESTRUCTURING TERHADAP PENINGKATAN BAKAT VERBAL SISWA KELAS X UPW SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu (“Quasi Eksperiment”). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknik Modeling dalam model konseling Kognitif Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Bakat Verbal siswa kelas X UPW A, untuk mengetahui teknik Cognitive Restructuring dalam model konseling Kognitif Sosial berpengaruh terhadap Bakat Verbal siswa kelas X UPW B, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh teknik Modeling dengan teknik Cognitive Restructuring dalam model konseling Kognitif Sosial terhadap Bakat Verbal siswa. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner Bakat Verbal. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah t-test. Hasil penelitian ini kelompok eksperimen I ditreatmen teknik Modeling model konseling Kognitif Sosial dengan pembanding kelas kontrol menghasilkan t hitung = 4,83 > t tabel = 2,01, eksperimen II ditreatmen teknik Cognitive Restructuring model konseling Kognitif Sosial dengan pembanding kelas kontrol menghasilkan t hitung = 2,88 > t tabel = 2,01, model konseling Kognitif Sosial teknik Modeling dan teknik Cognitive Restructuring telah terbukti berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan bakat verbal siswa dimana hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa kedua varian tidak homogeny didapatkan hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa Harga t hitung = 1,56 ˂ t tabel = 2,01. Hasil rerata hitung, juga didapatkan = 15,67 > = 11,06 Dari penelitian ini teknik modeling lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan dengan teknik Cognitive Restructuring model konseling Kognitif Sosial dalam meningkatkan Bakat Verbal siswa kelas X UPW SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Model Konseling Kognitif Sosial, Teknik Modeling, Teknik “Cognitive Restructuring”, Bakat Verbal Siswa
This research is a pseudo ( "Quasi Experiment"). The purpose of this study was to determine the Modeling techniques in counseling model Social Cognitive influence on Verbal Talent UPW A class X student, to learn techniques in counseling model Cognitive Restructuring Social Cognitive influence on Verbal Talent class X UPW B, and to know the effect of Modeling techniques with techniques Cognitive Restructuring in Social Cognitive model of counseling to students Verbal Talent. The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets, sheets interviews, diaries and questionnaires Verbal Talent. Data analysis method used was t-test. The results of this study are treated experimental group I Modeling techniques Social Cognitive counseling model with a comparator control class produce t = 4.83> t table = 2,01, are treated engineering experiment II Cognitive Restructuring Social Cognitive counseling model with a comparator generates control class t = 2.88> t table = 2,01, Social Cognitive counseling model Modeling techniques and techniques Cognitive Restructuring has proved influential in improving verbal talent students where the F test results suggest that both variants are not homogenous obtained t test results stating that the price t count = 1.56 ˂ t table = 2.01. Arithmetic mean of the results, also obtained = 15.67> = 11.06 From the research of modeling technique is more influential than the techniques Cognitive Restructuring Social Cognitive counseling model in improving Verbal Talent UPW class X SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.
