EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK MODELING DAN TEKNIK AVERSIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN DISIPLIN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X AKOMODASI PERHOTELAN SMK NEGERI 2 SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modelling dan teknik aversif untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja (2) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja, (3) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik aversif anatara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan terhadap disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK N 2 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, dan kuesioner disiplin belajar. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kruskall wallis dan t-burney. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest-control group design. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) pendekatan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling dan teknik aversif berpengaruh meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa, dilihat dari analisis H > X2kw (α) (k-1) (36,605 > 5,591) (2) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku disiplin belajar siswa, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (2,776 > 1,655) (3) pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku prososial, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (5,763 > 2,776). Sehingga pendekatan konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik aversif efektif meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa kelas X Akomodasi Perhotelan SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Modeling, Aversif, Disiplin Belajar.
This study was an experimental study in order to determine: (1) whether there is an effective behavioral counseling with modeling and aversive technique to improve the discipline of students of X Class Hotel Accommodation SMK N 2 Singaraja (2) is there effectiveness of behavioral counseling with modeling techniques between before and after treatment of the discipline of X class student of SMK N 2 Hospitality Accommodation Singaraja, (3) is there an effectiveness of behavioral counseling between aversive techniques before and after treatment to discipline of class X student of SMK N 2 Hospitality Accommodation Singaraja. The population of this study was X Class Hotel Accommodation SMK N 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016. The process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets and learn discipline questionare.the data analysis method used is the t test and the Kruskal-Burney. The study design was a pretest-posttest-control group design. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that (1) the approach behavioral counseling by modeling techniques and techniques aversive effect on improving the discipline of student learning, seen from the analysis H> X2kw (α) (k-1) (36.605> 5.591) (2) approach to behavioral counseling techniques modeling between before and after treatment influence on the discipline of student learning, seen from the analysis tcount> t table (2,776> 1,655) (3) approach to behavioral counseling techniques positive reinforcement between before and after treatment effect on prosocial behavior, it can be seen from the analysis tcount> t table (5.763> 2.776). it could be concluded that behavioral counseling approach modeling techniques and aversive techniques effectively improve the discipline of X class students of Hospitality Accommodations SMK Negeri 2 Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016.
