PENGARUH MODEL KONSELING KOGNITIF BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF DENGAN TEKNIK SELF INSTRUCTION DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERBUKAAN DIRI SISWA KELAS VIII.B3 DI SMP NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Perbedaan Pengaruh Model Konseling Kognitif Behavioral Teknik Latihan Asertif dan Self Intruction dalam Meningkatkan Keterbukaan Diri Siswa kelas VIII.B3 Di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi exsperiment) dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas VIII.B1,VIII.B2, VIII.B3, VIII.B4,VIII.B5, dan VIII.B6 di SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 6 kelas yaitu sebanyak 214 orang. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan siswa sebanyak 36 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data keterbukaan diri, yang diperoleh dengan metode observasi dan metode kuesioner untuk melihat siswa yang memiliki keterbukaan diri rendah. Data keterbukaan diri dianalisis dengan analisis uji t (independen t test). Semua pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian pada hipotesis satu yaitu Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model konseling kognitif behavioral menggunakan teknik latihan asertif dan teknik self instruction untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan diri pada siswa dengan Fhitung diperoleh sebesar 52,732 selanjutnya pada hipotesis kedua di dapat nilai Thitung sebesar 40, 186, dan pada hipotesis ketiga didapatkan nilai Thitung 2,466 dengan menyatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kata Kunci : konseling kognitif behavioral, latihan asertif, self instruction, keterbukaan diri
This study aims to determine the difference Influence of Cognitive Behavioral Counseling Model Technical Training and Self Assertive the intruction in Improving Disclosure Self-graders VIII.B3 In SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja. This research is a quasi-experimental research (quasi exsperiment) with a design pretest posttest control group design. The population in this study is graders VIII.B1, VIII.B2, VIII.B3, VIII.B4, VIII.B5, and VIII.B6 in SMP Negeri 4 Singaraja in the school year 2015/2016, amounting to 6 classes as many as 214 people. Samples were taken by using purposive random sampling technique with students as many as 36 people. The data collected in this study is the self-disclosure of data, obtained by the method of observation and questionnaires to see students who have low self-disclosure. Self-disclosure of data analyzed by t test analysis (independent t test). All hypothesis testing was done on a significance level of 5%. Results of research on the hypothesis of which are differences in the effect of counseling model of cognitive behavioral using techniques assertiveness training and technique of self instruction to increase the openness it self on students with Fhitung obtained for 52.732 subsequent to the second hypothesis in values can Thitung by 40, 186, and the third hypothesis obtained 2,466 Thitung value by declaring Ho rejected and Ha accepted.
