PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK IMPLOSIF DAN TEKNIK DESENSITISASI SISTEMATIS TERHADAP KECEMASAN BERBICARA DI DEPAN KELAS SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik implosif dan teknik desensitisasi sistematis terhadap kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas siswa kelas vii smp negeri 1 singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner kecemasan berbicara dan observasi, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan teknik analisis t-burney dan uji Kruskal Wallis. Semua pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I menghasilkan thitung>ttabel (3,46>2,26). Kelompok eksperimen II menghasilkan thitung>ttabel (7,52>2,26). Konseling behavioral teknik implosif dan konseling behavioral teknik desensitisasi sistematis memiliki perbedaan skor R1>R2 atau 148,5>88, hasil hipotesis menunjukkan (47,39>3,841). Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik implosif terhadap kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, 2) Terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik desensitisasi sistematis terhadap kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik implosif dan teknik desensitisasi sistematis terhadap kecemasan berbicara di depan kelas siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja.Kata Kunci : Implosif, Desensitisasi Sistematis, Kecemasan Berbicara
This research aims to determine the effect of behavioral counseling implosif techniques and systematic desensitization technique to speak to the class anxiety graders vii smp 1 singaraja country. The research is a quasi-experimental research design pretest posttest control group design. The samples in this study was done by using purposive sampling. The research sample included 20 students. Data collection methods used were speaking anxiety questionnaire and observation, the collected data were analyzed by t-Burney analysis techniques andKruskal Wallis test. All hypothesis testing was done on a significance level of 5%. The results of this study is the first experimental group produces t> t table (3.46> 2.26). The experimental group II produces t> t table (7.52> 2.26). Behavioral counseling and behavioral counseling techniques implosif systematic desensitization technique has a different score R 1> R 2 or 148.5> 88, the results of hypothesis shows (47,39> 3,841). From these results, it can be concluded that 1) there are significant behavioral counseling techniques implosif to anxiety to speak in front of the class students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, 2) There is the influence of behavioral counseling techniques systematic desensitization to anxiety to speak in front of the class students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja, 3) there are differences influence behavioral counseling techniques and techniques implosif systematic desensitization to anxiety speak to the class students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Singaraja.
