PENGARUH KONSELING BEHAVIORAL DENGAN TEKNIK LATIHAN ASERTIF DAN SELF MANAGEMENT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGENDALIAN DIRI SISWA KELAS X DI SMA NEGERI 1 SAWAN TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasi Eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik latihan asertif dan self management untuk meningkatkan pengendalian diri siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pretest-posttest-kontrol group design. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan koesioner Pengendalian Diri. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu uji hipotesis I didapatkan 12,595 dengan df = (N-1) + (N-1) = (5-1) + (5-1) = 8 dan taraf signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh nilai ttabel sebesar 0,396. Dan uji hipotesis II didapatkan thitung sebesar 10,411 dengan df = (N-1)+(N-1) = (5-1)+(5-1)= 8 dan taraf signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh nilai ttabel sebesar 0,396 karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dan uji hipotesis III didapatkan thitung sebesar 1.195 dengan df = (N-1)+(N-1) = (5-1)+(5-1)= 8 dan taraf signifikansi 5% maka diperoleh nilai ttabel sebesar 0,396 karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik latihan asertif dan self management untuk meningkatkan pengendalian diri siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Sawan.Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Latihan Asertif, Self Management, Pengendalian Diri
This study is Quasi Experimental study which aimed to reveal the effect of behavioral counselling using self management and assertive exercise technique to improve self-control of the students in grade X at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan. The method used in this study was Pretest-posttest-control group design. The process of collecting hearts using questioner Singer Research Data Self-Control. The result of this research indicated that hypothesis test I obtained 12,595 with df = (N-1) + (N-1) = (5-1) + (5-1) = 8 and the siginificance level 5% so that the value of ttable obtained 0,396. And the hypothesis test II obtained the value of tcount which made up 10,411 with df = (N-1)+(N-1) = (5-1)+(5-1)= 8 and the significance level 5% so that the value of ttable obtained 0,396 because tcount was higher than ttable. And the hypothesis test III obtained the value of tcount which made up 1.195 with df = (N-1)+(N-1) = (5-1)+(5-1)= 8 and the significance level 5% so that the value of ttable obtained 0,396 because tcount was higher than ttable.. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that there was a significant effect of behavioral counselling using self management and assertive exercise technique to improve self-control of the students in grade X at SMA Negeri 1 Sawan.
