EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK MODELING DAN TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA UNTUK MEMINIMALISIR SELF AGGRESION PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 SAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Konseling Behavioral teknik Modeling dan teknik Sosiodrama terhadap Self Aggresion siswa. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner Self Aggresion Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif (t-test). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu treatmen kelompok eksperimen I dengan kelompok kontrol didapatkan perbedaan = 8,89 > = -0,72 dimana t hitung = 8,27 > t tabel 2,010. Kelompok eksperimen II dengan kelompok kontrol menghasilkan = 1,24 > =0,72 dimana t hitung = 2,96 > t tabel =2,011. Treatmen teknik Modeling dan teknik Sosiodrama model konseling Behavioral didapatkan perbedaan = 8,89 > = 1,24, dimana t hitung = 7,16 > t tabel = 2,011 dan F = tidak homogen. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan Self Aggresion antara siswa yang diberikan Konseling Behavioral Teknik Modeling dengan siswa pada kelompok Kontrol, terdapat perbedaan Self Aggresion antara siswa yang diberikan Konseling Behavioral Teknik Sosiodrama dengan siswa pada kelompok Kontrol, terdapat perbedaan efektivitas antara Konseling Behavioral teknik Modeling dengan teknik Sosiodrama untuk meminimalisir Self Aggresion siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sawan dimana teknik Modeling lebih efektif daripada teknik sosiodrama.

This study was Quasi Study which aimed at finding out the effectiveness of behavioral counseling of modelling technique, and sociodrama technique towards Self Aggression of the students. The process of gathering data in this study used observation sheet, interview sheet, journal, and Self Aggresion questionnaire. This study used descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative (t-test) methods. Result of this study showed that the treatment of group of experiment I and group of control produced the difference = 8,89 > = -0,72, with t arithmetic = 8,27 > t table = 2,010. The treatment of group of experiment II and group of control produced = 1,24 > =0,72 , with t arithmetic = 2,96 > t table = 2,011. The treatment of modelling technique and sociodrama technique of behavioral counseling model earned the difference: = 8,89 > = 1,24, with t arithmetic = 7,16 > t table = 2,011 and F= not homogeneous. From these results, it could be concluded that there were differences of Self Aggression between the students who had been given the behavioral counseling of modeling technique and the students in group of control, there were differences of Self Aggression between the students who had been given the behavioral counseling of sociodrama technique and the students in group of control, there were differences of effectiveness between behavioral counseling of modelling technique and sociodrama technique to minimize Self Aggression of the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sawan, which the modelling technique was more effective than sociodrama technique.
