EFEKTIVITAS MODEL KONSELING BEHAVIORAL TEKNIK MODELING DENGAN TEKNIK SHAPING DALAM MENINGKATKAN SELF ACHIEVEMENT SISWA SMA NEGERI 4 SINGARAJA TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model konseling behavioral teknik modeling dengan teknik shaping dalam meningkatkan self achievement siswa sma negeri 4 singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar wawancara, buku harian dan kuesioner self Achievement. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif (t-test). Hasil penelitian ini yaitu kelompok eksperimen I menghasilkan = 21,12 < = 4,0 dimana t hitung = 3,09 > t tabel = 2,12. Kelompok eksperimen II menghasilkan = 12,8 < = 4,0 dimana t hitung = 4,16 > t tabel = 2,27. ”Treatmen” teknik modeling dan teknik shaping model konseling Behavioral didapatkan perbedaan = 21,12 > = 1,28, dimana t hitung = 19,28 > t tabel = 3,045 dan F = tidak homogen. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik modeling model konseling Behavioral efektif terhadap “self-Achievement” siswa kelas X MIA 2, teknik Shaping model konseling Behavioral efektif terhadap “self-Achievement” siswa kelas X MIA 6, terdapat perbedaan efektivitas teknik modeling dengan teknik Shaping model konseling Behavioral terhadap “self-Achievement” siswa, terdapat perbedaan “self-Achievement” siswa kelas X MIA 5 antara skor “pre-test” dan “post-test.

This is a research study that aims to determine the effectiveness of modeling techniques and tecnhniques of shaping models of self achievement behavioral counseling to students.the process of collecting in this study using observation sheets, sheets interviews, diaries and questionnaires “self-achievement”, Analysis method used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive (t-test). The results of this research that experimental group I generates = 21,12 < = 4,0 where t = 3,09 > t table = 2,12. Eksperiment group II yieldss = 12,8 < = 4,0 where t = 4,16 > t table = 2,27. Treatment engineering models and techniques in shaping behavioral counseling models get the difference = 21,12 > = 1,28, where t = 19,28 > t table = 3,045 and F inhomogeneous. Of the results of this study can be concluded that the modeling techniques model of behavioral counseling effective againts ”self-achievement” graders MIPA 2, thats technique of shaping models of behavioral counseling if effective agains ”self-achievement” graders X MIPA 6, there are differencess of modeling techniques with behavioral counseling models shaping techniques to ”self-achievement” of students, there are differences in ”self-achievement” graders X MIPA 5 betwen scores “pre-test” and “post-test.
