Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan strategi self management terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X BB SMA N 4 Singaraja (2) Apakah terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik penguatan positif terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X BB SMA N 4 Singaraja, (3 Bagaimanakah efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan strategi self management dan teknik penguatan positif terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X BB SMA N 4 Singaraja. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X BB SMA N 4 Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Proses pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, dan kuesioner kecerdasan emosional. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kruskall wallis dan t-burney. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest-control group design. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) konseling behavioral strategi self management berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa ( > ); (2) konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif berpengaruh terhadap kecerdasan emosional ( > ); (3) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan strategi self management dan teknik penguatan positif terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa H > X2kw (α) (k-1) (9,63>5,591). Sehingga terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik self management dan penguatan positif terhadap kecerdasan emosional siswa kelas X BB SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja

This study was an experimental study in order to determine: (1) Whether there are significant behavioral counseling with the strategy of self-management of the emotional intelligence of students of class X BB SMA N 4 Singaraja (2) Whether there are significant behavioral counseling with strengthening techniques positively to emotional intelligence graders BB X SMA N 4 Singaraja, (3 What is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with self-management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques to emotional intelligence class X SMA N 4 BB Singaraja. the study population was the class X SMA N 4 Singaraja B Academic Year 2015/2016 . the process of collecting data in this study using observation sheets and questionnaires emotional intelligence. the data analysis method used is the test of Kruskal and t-Burney. the design of this study was pretest-posttest-control group design. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that (1 ) behavioral counseling self-management techniques affect the emotional intelligence of students (>); (2) behavioral counseling techniques of positive reinforcement effect on emotional intelligence (>); (3) there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with self-management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques to emotional intelligence of students H> X2kw (α) (k-1) (9.63> 5.591). So there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling self-management techniques and positive reinforcement to emotional intelligence class X BB SMAN 4 Singaraja
