penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik penguatan positif dan teknik token ekonomi untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 8 siswa yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest control group design dengan analisis statistik non-parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri siswa (thitung =44,92 > ttabel =2,36). (2) terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik token economy antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri siswa (thitung =54,20 > ttabel =2,36), (3) Terdapat efektivitas konseling behavioral teknik penguatan positif dan token economy untuk meminimalisir sikap rendah diri siswa (H=17,36 > X2kw(a) (k-1)= 5,991).Kata Kunci : : teknik penguatan positif, teknik token ekonomi, sikap rendah diri
This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of behavioral counseling with positive reinforcement techniques and techniques for minimizing the economic tokens of inferiority attitude. Samples were 8 students performed using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the pretest-posttest control group design with a non-parametric statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques of positive reinforcement between before and after treatment to minimize the humble attitude of students (t = 44.92> table = 2.36). (2) there is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling techniques token economy between before and after treatment to minimize the humble attitude of students (t = 54.20> table = 2,36), (3) There is the effectiveness of behavioral counseling and positive reinforcement techniques to minimize the token economy low stance student (H = 17.36> X2kw (a) (k-1) = 5.991).
