Pengaruh Konseling Behavior Teknik Latihan Asertif Dengan Teknik Modeling Terhadap Perilaku Bullying Pada Siswa Kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konseling Behavior teknik Latihan Asertif dengan teknik Modeling terhadap perilaku bullying. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment) dengan rancangan Non equivalent Pretest Posttest control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 222 siswa. Sampel diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 21 orang dan dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Data diperoleh dengan metode kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh Konseling Behavior teknik Latihan Asertif dan teknik Modeling terhadap perilaku bullying (U=0,654; p>0,05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa: rata-rata Gain Score normality teknik latihan Asertif sebesar 53,85 dan standar deviasi sebesar 11,14. Sedangkan rata-rata Gain Score normality teknik Modeling sebesar 49,86 dan standar deviasi sebesar 6,36. Ini menunjukkan bahwa Konseling Behavior teknik Latihan Asretif lebih unggul pengaruhnya dibandingkan dengan teknik Modeling terhadap perilaku bullying pada siswa kelas X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Sedangkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh Konseling Behavior teknik Latihan Asertif dengan teknik Modeling terhadap perilaku bullying (U=0,654; p>0,05).Kata Kunci : Latihan Asertif, Modeling, Perilaku, Bullying.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise techniques Assertive Behavior Counseling with Modeling techniques against bullying behavior. This research is a quasi-experimental research (Quasi Experiment) Non equivalent design with pretest posttest control group design. The study population was class X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja 2015/2016 school year totaled 222 students. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling techniques numbered 21 people and divided into three groups. The data were obtained by questionnaire, observation, and interviews and then analyzed with descriptive statistics and Mann Whitney test. Results showed no effect exercise techniques Assertive Behavior Counseling and Modeling techniques against bullying behavior (U = 0.654; p> 0.05). Based on the analysis, it was found that: Average Score Gain normality Assertive training techniques of 53.85 and a standard deviation of 11.14. While the average Gain Score Modeling techniques normality of 49.86 and a standard deviation of 6.36. It shows that the technique of Exercise Behavior Counseling Asretif superior effect compared with Modeling techniques against bullying in class X SMA Laboratorium Undiksha Singaraja in the academic year 2015/2016. While the hypothesis test results showed no difference in the effect of exercise techniques Assertive Behavior Counseling with Modeling techniques against bullying behavior (U = 0.654; p> 0.05).
