Pengaruh Model Konseling Behavioral Teknik Token Economy dengan Teknik Pembanjiran untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Komunikasi Antar Pribadi Pada Siswa Kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model konseling behavioral teknik token economy dengan teknik pembanjiran terhadap keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa kelas X MIA SMAN 1 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel kelas diambil dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 24 orang siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan rubrik observasi keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi berjumlah 20 item. Data kuantitatif diolah menggunakan analisis t-Burney dan uji Kruskal Wallis pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kelompok eksperimen I menghasilkan thitung > ttabel (130,5> 2,365), kelompok eskperimen II menghasilkan thitung > ttabel (167,6> 2,365). Konseling behavioral teknik token economy dan teknik pembanjiran memiliki perbedaan yaitu R1>R2 atau 163>103. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan H > X2kw (α) (k-1) ( 671 > 5,59) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi 1) terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik token economy terhadap keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik pembaniran terhadap keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa, 3) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara konseling behavioral teknik token economy dengan konseling behavioral teknik pembanjiran terhadap keterampilan komunkasi antar pribadi siswa kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja, yang berarti teknik token economy lebih berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi antar pribadi siswa.Kata Kunci : Behavioral, Token Economy, Pembanjiran,Keterampilan Komunikasi Antar Pribadi.
This study aimed to determine the effect model of behavioral counseling techniques token economy by flooding technique to the interpersonal communication skills of students of grade X SMAN 1 Singaraja MIA. This research is a quasi-experimental research design with posttest control group design. Samples taken classes with purposive random sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 24 students. Data was collected using observation rubric of interpersonal communication skills are 20 items. Quantitative data is processed using the analysis of the t-Burney and Kruskal Wallis test at 5% significance level. Based on analysis of the experimental group I produce thitung> ttabel (130.5> 2.365), group II experimentation produce thitung> ttabel (167.6> 2.365). Behavioral counseling techniques token economy and flooding have different techniques that R1> R2 or 163> 103. Results showed hypothesis H> X2kw (α) (k-1) (671> 5.59) then H0 rejected and Ha accepted, which reads 1) there are significant behavioral counseling techniques token economy to the interpersonal communication skills of students, 2) there is the influence of counseling behavioral techniques pembaniran the skills of interpersonal communication students, 3) there is a difference in effect between behavioral counseling techniques token economy with behavioral counseling technique of flooding the skills komunkasi interpersonal class X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja, which means engineering token economy more influential in improving skills interpersonal communication students
