Pengaruh Konseling Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modeling Dan Teknik Pembanjiran Terhadap Kecemasan Belajar Siswa Siswa Kelas X TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling terhadap kecemasan belajar siswa, (2) mengetahui pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik pembanjiran terhadap kecemasan belajar siswa , (3) mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik pembanjiran dengan perlakuan konvensional terhadap kecemasan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TN A yang berjumlah 36 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa yang memiliki kecemasan belajar. Pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner kecemasan belajar, Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic non-parametric Bedasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik modeling terhadap kecemasan belajar siswa kelas X TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung > ttabel (3,952 > 2,262). (2) Terdapat pengaruh konseling behavioral teknik pembanjiran terhadap kecemasan belajar siswa kelas X TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja, dilihat dari analisis nilai thitung> ttabel (6,252 > 2,262). (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara konseling behavioral teknik modeling dan teknik pembanjiran dengan perlakuan konvensional terhadap kecemasan belajar siswa kelas X TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja, dilihat dari analisis H > X2kw (α) (k-1) (7,689 > 5,591).Kata Kunci : Konseling Behavioral, Modeling, Pembanjiran, Kecemasan Belajar
This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of behavioral counseling by modeling techniques to anxiety student learning, (2) the effect of behavioral counseling techniques flooding the anxiety of student learning, (3) determine differences in effect between behavioral counseling modeling techniques and behavioral counseling flooding techniques with conventional treatments against anxiety student learning. This research is an experimental research design with pretest posttest control group design. The study population was the class X TN A total of 36 people. Samples were taken using random sampling techniques with a total sample of 30 students who have learning anxiety. The data collection used questionnaires anxiety study, which used data analysis method is non-parametric statistics. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that (1) There is the influence of behavioral counseling to anxiety modeling technique class X student TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja, seen from the analysis tcount> t table (3.952> 2.262). (2) There is the influence of behavioral counseling to anxiety flooding technique class X student TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja, seen from the analysis tcount> t table (6.252> 2.262). (3) There are differences in effect between behavioral counseling modeling techniques and techniques of flooding with the conventional treatment of the anxiety of class X student TN A Smk Negeri 1 Singaraja, seen from the analysis H> X2kw (α) (k-1) (7.689> 5.591).
