Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan motorik halus anak-anak kelompok B di TK Dharma Putra Pacung, Kecamatan Tejakula, Kabupaten Buleleng semester II tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 melalui penerapan metode pemberian tugas dengan alat permainan bentuk-bentuk geometri. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 18 anak-anak TK Darma Putra. Data tentang keterampilan motorik anak kelompok B dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrument berupa lembar observasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebaran data-data perkembangan keterampilan motorik halus anak TK kelompok B pada siklus I termasuk ke dalam ketegori sangat rendah. Pada siklus II dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebaran data-data perkembangan keterampilan motorik halus anak TK kelompok B berada pada kriteria rendah. Melalui penerapan metode pemberian tugas dengan alat permainan dari bentuk-bentuk geometri ternyata dapat meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus pada anak TK kelompok B semester II tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 di TK Dharma Putra, Desa Pacung, Kecamatan Tejakula, Kabupaten Buleleng.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the fine motor skills of children in group B in TK Dharma Putra Pacung, Tejakula district, Buleleng regency at the second semester in 2012/2013 through the application of the administration task method using tools of geometric forms. This research is a classroom based research which is done in two cycles. The subjects of this research are 18 children in TK Dharma putra. The data about the motor skills of children in the group B is continued by using observation method and using observation sheets instrument. The result shows that the distribution of students’ fine motor skills data in group B in cycle I belongs to very low category. In cycle II, it can be concluded that the distribution of students’ fine motor skill data in group B is in low category. Through the application of the administration task method using tools of geometric forms can improve the fine motor skills of the group B students in semester II year 2012/2013 in TK Dharma Putra Pacung, Tejakula district, Buleleng regency.
