PENGEMBANGAN KOGNITIF MELALUI PENERAPAN METODE PEMBERIAN TUGAS BERBANTUAN MEDIA PUZZLE ANGKA PADA ANAK KELOMPOK A SEMESTER II TK ATH-THORRIQ SINGARAJA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012/2013

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kognitif pada anak kelompok A Semester II di Taman Kanak-kanak Ath-Thooriq Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013, melalui penerapan metode pemberian tugas berbantuan media puzzle angka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/ evaluasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 20 orang siswa kelompok A di Taman Kanak-kanak Ath-Thooriq Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013. Data tentang pengembangan kognitif anak dalam media puzzle angka diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi dan metode tes. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pengembangan kognitif anak melalui metode pemberian tugas dari 5,05% yang berada pada katagori sangat rendah pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 8,55% yang berada pada katagori tinggi pada siklus II,sehingga ada peningkatan sebesar 13,6%.

Abstract
This research aims to know the cognitive development in kindergarten Ath-Thooriq Singaraja Years Lessons 2012/2013, through the application of granting assisted puzzle numbers media methods. Type of this research is the act of class research carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of the planning phase of action, the implementation of the action, observation/evaluation and reflection. The subject of the research is group A of 20 students in kindergarten Ath-Thooriq Singaraja years lessons 2012/2013. Data about the increased cognitive development of children in the puzzle media figures obtained using the method of observation with the instrument of observation sheet and method of test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis methods. The results showed that the improvement of children's cognitive ability through granting methods of 5,05% in the categories is very low in the first cycle increased to 8,55% at high in the second cycle categories, so there is an increase of 13.6%.
