The data of speaking ability was collected by using the observation instrument. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics Anava One Stripe. The results showed there were differences of speaking ability between groups of children who were taught by linguistic model with the group of children who were taught by conventional model. The difference was seen from the score of children's speaking ability obtained tcount of 73.497, whereas, ttable of 1.671. The calculation results show that tcount is bigger than ttable (73,497> 1,671). The existence of significant differences indicates that linguistic model has a positive effect on children's speaking ability compared to conventional learning model.
