PENERAPAN METODE BERCERITA BERBANTUAN MEDIA GAMBAR SERI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA ANAK KELOMPOK B TK PUTRA SESANA ANTIGA KARANGASEM

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara anak melalui penerapan metode bercerita berbantuan media gambar seri pada kelompok B semester 2 TK Satu Atap Putra Sesana Antiga Karangasem tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B TK Satu Atap Putra Sesana Antiga Karangasem tahun ajaran 2013/2014 sebanyak 20 orang. Data keterampilan berbicara dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen lembar observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil dari siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I diketahui pencapaian keterampilan berbicara sebesar 42% yang berada pada kategori sangat rendah. Sedangkan pada siklus 2 pencapaian keterampilan berbicara sebesar 87,75% dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode bercerita berbantuan media gambar seri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada anak kelompok B semester 2 TK Satu Atap Putra Sesana Antiga Karangasem Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : metode bercerita, media gambar seri, keterampilan berbicara
This research aims to determine the child's speaking skills improvement through the application of media-assisted image storytelling series on the second half of the group B TK Satu Atap Putra Sesana Antiga Karangasem academic year 2013/2014. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research subjects were kindergarten children in group B TK Satu Atap Putra Sesana Antiga Karangasem academic year 2013/2014 as much 20 people. Speaking skills data collected using the method of observation with the observation sheet instruments. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data analysis is done by comparing the results of the first cycle and second cycle. In the first cycle known achievement speaking skills by 42 % which is at a very low category. While in the second cycle conversational skills attainment by 87,75 % to a high category. It can be concluded that by applying storytelling media-assisted image series can improve speaking skills on the second half of the group B TK Satu Atap Putra Sesana Antiga Karangasem academic year 2013/2014.
