PENGARUH TEKNIK TOKEN ECONOMY TERHADAP PERILAKU DISRUPTIF PADA ANAK DI TK GANESHA DENPASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik token economy terhadap perilaku disruptif anak di TK Ganesha Denpasar. Perilaku disruptif berdampak negatif pada diri anak maupun lingkungannya. Dampak negatif tersebut ditandai dengan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di dalam kelas menjadi tidak kondusif, mengganggu kegiatan belajar semua siswa, anak tidak bisa bersosialisasi dengan orang lain, mengancam keselamatan diri, guru dan teman-temannya. Apabila perilaku disruptif anak tidak sedini mungkin ditangani maka dikhawatirkan akan berlanjut hingga anak remaja. Maka dari itu perlu adanya intervensi yang dapat menurunkan perilaku disurptif anak di kelas. Teknik keperilakuan di anggap mampu untuk menurunkan perilaku disruptif. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini menerapkan teknik token economy. Jenis penelitian ini adalah rancangan ekperimen kasus tunggal yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga fase yaitu fase baseline (A1), fase intervensi (B) dan fase baseline (A2) . Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 anak kelompok B2 TK Ganesha Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Pengumpulan data penelitian tentang perilaku disruptif anak menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan instrumen lembar observasi checklist. Data kuantitatif dianalisis secara visual (visual inspection), sedangkan data kualitatif dipaparkan secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan frekuensi perilaku disruptif subjek 1 dari fase baseline (A1) dengan rerata 21,35 menjadi 7,3 pada fase penerapan intervensi (B). Pada subjek 2 juga terjadi penurunan frekuensi perilaku disruptif dari rata-rata 17,65 pada fase baseline (A1) menjadi 8,85 pada fase penerapan teknik token economy. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik token economy berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya perilaku disruptif anak di TK Ganesha DenpasarKata Kunci : perilaku disruptif, rancangan eksperimen kasus tunggal, teknik token economy
This study aims to determine the effect of the token economy technique to disruptive behavior of children in Ganesha kindergarten Denpasar. Disruptive behavior has a negative impact on children and their environment. The negative impact was marked by the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom becomes not conducive, interfere with learning for all students, children cannot socialize with other people, as well as threatening the safety of themselves, teachers and their friends. If the disruptive behavior of children is not treated as early as possible it is feared will continue till teenagers. So that needs the required treatment to reduce the disruptive behavior of children in a class where one of them is a token economy technique. Kind of this research is single case experimental design was implemented in three phases which are the baseline phase (A1), the intervensi phase (B) and the baseline phase (A2). Subjects in this study are two children from B2 group of Ganesha kindergarten Denpasar school year 2015/2016. The collection of data researches about disruptive behavior of children using observation and interview method with instrument checklist observation. Quantitative data were analyzed visually (visual inspection), whereas qualitative data presented descriptively. The results of data analysis showed a decrease in the frequency of disruptive behavior subject 1 from baseline phase (A1) with a mean of 21.35 to 7.3 in the implementation phase of treatment (B). In subject 2 also a decline in the frequency of disruptive behavior from an average of 17.65 in the baseline phase (A1) to 8.85 in the implementation phase of token economy technique. Based on these results it can be concluded that the token economy technique affect the decline in disruptive behavior of children in Ganesha kindergarten Denpasar.
