PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NUMBERED HEADS TOGETHER (NHT) BERBANTUAN MEDIA MOZAIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK HALUS PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B1 TK GANESHA DENPASAR SELATAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2014/2015

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus melalui penerapan model pembelajaran numbered heads together berbantuan media mozaik pada anak kelompok B1 TK Ganesha Denpasar Delatan Tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan 2 siklus tindakan. Subjek penelitian adalah 22 anak kelompok B semester 2 TK Ganesha Denpasar. Data penelitian tentang perkembangan motorik halus dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi dan metode wawancara dengan instrumen lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif, metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukan pada siklus I sebesar 57, 4 % yang berada pada katagori rendah dan siklus II sebesar 80, 45 % berada ada katagori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 23, 05 %. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran numbered heads together dapat meningkatkan perkembangan motorik halus pada anak kelompok B TK Ganesha Denpasar Selatan.Kata Kunci : Numbered Heads Together, Motorik halus, Mozaik
This research purposed to improve fine motor skill development through implementation of numbered heads together learning model assisted with mosaic media to group B1 children at TK Ganesha South Denpasar on academic year 2014/2015. This research was Classrom Action Research (CAR) that conducted into two cycles. The subjects of this research were the 22 children in group B1 TK Ganesha Denpasar on second semester. The data about fine motor skill development were collected by using observation method and interview method with observation sheet as the instrument collecting data. The data were analyzed by using analysis statistical descriptive method, analysis descriptive qualitative method and qualitative descriptive method. The result of data analysis shows that the first cycle the development reaches 57,4% which in low category and on second cycle it reaches 23,05% which in high category. Thus the implementation from first cycle to second cycle is 23,05%. It can be concluded that the implementation of numbered heads together learning model assisted with mosaic media can improve fine motor skill development of group B1 children at TK Ganesha South Denpasar.
