PENERAPAN METODE BERMAIN BERBANTUAN MEDIA KARTU ANGKA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MENGENAL LAMBANG BILANGAN ANAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal lambang bilangan setelah penerapan metode bermain berbantuan media kartu angka. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok A di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 sebanyak 38 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dengan instrumen lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data pada siklus I sebesar 65,13% yang berada pada kategori sedang. Pada siklus II rata-rata persentase kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak mengalami peningkatan menjadi sebesar 87,83% yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode bermain berbantuan media kartu angka dapat meningkatan kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan anak kelompok A TK Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Singaraja dari kategori sedang menjadi kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci : kemampuan mengenal lambang bilangan, media kartu angka,metode bermain.
This research aimed to find out the improvement of children's ability to recognize the symbol of numbers after implementation of playing method assisted with media of numbers card. This research was classroom action research (PTK) implemented during two cycles. Subject in this research was 38 children from A group of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Singaraja in the academic 2014/2015. Data collection method used in this research was observation method with instrument such as observation sheet. Data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Results of data analysis on the first cycle showed that the average percentage of children’s on of children's ability to recognize the symbol of numbers at 65.13% that belonged to medium criteria. In second cycle, the average percentage of children's ability to recognize the symbol of numbers subsequently increased at 87.83% who belonged to high criteria. Therefore it could be concluded that the implementation of playing method assisted with media of numbers card could improve children's ability to recognize the symbol of numbers on A group of TK Kemala Bhayangkari 2 Singaraja from medium category become the high category.
