PENERAPAN METODE DEMONSTRASI BERBANTUAN MEDIA KONKRET MELALUI KEGIATAN KOLASE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN MOTORIK HALUS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Peningkatan perkembangan motorik halus anak setelah diterapkan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media konkret melalui kegiatan kolase pada anak kelompok B semester II TK Weda Purana Singaraja dengan menerapkan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media konkret. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 20 orang anak pada kelompok B semester II TK Weda Purana Singaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Data penelitian tentang perkembangan motorik halus anak dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis statistik kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan perkembangan motorik halus dengan penerapan metode demonstrasi berbantuan media konkret melalui kegiatan kolase pada siklus I sebesar 70,50 % yang berada pada kategori sedang ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 82,50% tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi terjadi peningkatan perkembangan motorik halus pada anak sebesar 12,00%.Kata Kunci : kolase, metode demonstrasi, media konkret, perkembangan motorik halus.
This research is aimed at finding out the improvement of students’ fine motor ability after the implementation of Demonstration Method Assisted by Concrete Medium through the Collage Activity specifically on the second semester of B group students of TK Weda Purana Singaraja. This research was a classroom action research which has implemented in two cycles. The subject of this research was 20 children of the second semester of B group students of TK Weda Purana Singaraja on the academic year of 2013/2014. The data of this research which was about the progress of children’ fine motor was obtained through the observation method by using an instrument called observation form. The obtained data of this research was analyzed by using descriptive statistic method and quantitative statistic method. The result of the data analysis shown that there is an improvement towards students’ fine motor ability after the implementation of Demonstration Method Assisted by Concrete Medium through the Collage Activity in the cycle 1 which was 70.50 % and considerate as average improved to be 82.50% in the cycle 2 which is categorized as high. Thus, there is an improvement towards the children’ fine motor progress about 12.00%.
