PENERAPAN METODE BERCERITA BERBANTUAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA ANAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan berbicara pada anak kelompok B1 di TK Kartika VII-3 Singaraja melalui metode bercerita berbantuan media audio visual. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 14 orang anak yang terdiri dari 5 anak perempuan dan 9 anak laki-laki. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah keterampilan berbicara dan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang variabel tersebut digunakan metode observasi dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan keterampilan berbicara melalui kegiatan bercerita pada anak kelompok B1 TK Kartika VII-3 Singaraja Tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata persen keterampilan berbicara anak pada siklus I sebesar 65,48% yang berada pada kategori sedang. Rata-rata keterampilan berbicara pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 81,25% yang berada pada kategori tinggi, ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 15,77%.Kata Kunci : metode bercerita, media audio visual, keterampilan berbicara.
This research aims to determine the improvement of speaking skil of the student in B1 group in VII-3 Kartika Kindergarten Singaraja through stprytelling method helped by audio visual media. The design of this research is classroom action research with two cyclus. The subject’s amount of this research is fourteen children which consists of 5 girl and 9 boys. The variable of this research is speaking skill and in collecting the data about the varisable uses observation method by using the observation sheet as the instrument. The collected data analyted by using descriptive stastistical method and descriptive qualitative method. The result shows that, there is an improvement in speaking skill through grouped storytelling activity in B1 group VII-3 Kartika Kindergarten in 2014/2015 period. It showed by the mean percentage of speaking skill in the first cycle in 65,48% that is categorited as average. The mean percentage of the second cycle increase to the highest that is 81,25%, it shows there is 15,77.
