PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN NHT BERBANTUAN MEDIA FLASH CARD DAPAT MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF DALAM MENGENAL LAMBANG BILANGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif dalam mengenal lambang bilangan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran numbered head together berbantuan media flash card pada anak kelompok B3 Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 di TK Mandala Kumara. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok B3 TK Mandala Kumara Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 20 anak. Penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dan instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis statistik deksriptif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pada siklus I diketahui pencapaian perkembangan kognitif dalam mengenal lambang bilangan yaitu 70,25% yang berada pada kriteria sedang dan pada siklus II yaitu 84,50% dengan kriteria tinggi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan kognitif dalam mengenal lambang bilangan pada anak kelompok B3 TK Mandala Kumara Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II mencapai 14,25%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran numbered head together berbantuan media flash card dapat meningkatkan perkembangan kognitif dalam mengenal lambang bilangan pada anak kelompok B3 TK Mandala Kumara Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : numbered head together, flash card, perkembangan kognitif, lambang bilangan
This study aimed to determine the increase of cognitive development in recognizing the emblem numbers after the implementation of Numbered Head Together learning model by the used of flash card media on the children of B3 group of academic year 2015/2016 in TK Mandala Kumara. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were the children of B3 group TK Mandala Kumara of academic year 2015/2016, with the total number of students were 20. The method used in this research was observation and the instrument of data collection used was observation sheet. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that, in the first cycle, the achievement of cognitive development in recognizing the emblem numbers was 70.25% which was categorised as middle criteria and the second cycle was 84.50% which was categorised as high criteria. The results of data analysis showed that the cognitive development in recognizing the emblem numbers on the children of B3 group in TK Mandala Kumara of academic year 2015/2016 increased from cycle I to cycle II about 14.25%. It can be concluded that the application of the Numbered Head Together learning model by the used of flash card media can enhance the cognitive development in identifiying the emblem numbers on the children of B3 group in TK Mandala Kumara of academic year 2015/2016.
