MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN SAINS MELALUI METODE EKSPERIMEN PADA KELOMPOK A DI TK SANDHY PUTRA SINGARAJA

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna melalui penerapan metode eksperimen. Metode eksperimen merupakan proses belajar mengajar dimana siswa diberikan kesempatan untuk mengalami dan membuktikan dan menarik kesimpulan sendiri mengenai suatu objek. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau Classroom Action Research. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam II siklus, Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok A semester II TK sandhy Putra Singaraja tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Data kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna dengan penerapan metode eksperimen, hasil penerapan pada siklus I sebesar 65,83 % yang berada pada kriteria sedang, dan hasil pada siklus II sebesar 85 % tergolong kriteria tinggi. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna pada anak sebesar 19,17 %.Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: Pencampuran Warna, Metode Eksperimen, Kemampuan Sains
This Study was aimed to know the ability of science improvement about color mixing through the implementation of experimental method. Experimental method is a learning process where students are given the opportunity to experience and prove and draw their own conclusions about an object. This Study is classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this study was a group A of second semester at TK Sandhy Putra Singaraja in academic year 2015/2016. The science capability datas of mixing the colours were collected by using the observation method through sheet observation form as the instrument. Datas were analyzed by using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and quantitative statistical analysis techniques. The result showed that there was science ability improvement of colur mixing capabilities through the implementation of the experimental method in the firs cycle of 65,83 % which was in the medium criteria had an increasement in the second cycle to be 85 %, it was high criteria. Thus, there was science ability improvement of color mixing in the children of 19,17 %.
