PENERAPAN METODE PEMBERIAN TUGAS BERBANTUAN MEDIA GAMBAR UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA PADA ANAK

Permasalahan yang terdapat pada penelitian ini mengenai rendahnya perkembangan bahasa pada anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perkembangan bahasa pada anak setelah diterapkan metode pemberian tugas berbantuan media gambar pada anak kelompok A semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014 di TK Putra Kusuma Tampaksiring. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 18 orang anak TK pada Kelompok A Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Data penelitian tentang kemampuan motorik halus dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan perkembangan bahasa dengan penerapan metode pemberian tugas pada siklus I sebesar 51,55% yang berada pada kategori sedang ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 89,55% yang tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terdapat peningkatan perkembangan bahasa pada anak setelah diterapkan metode pemberian tugas berbantuan media gambar sebesar 38%.Kata Kunci : Kata Kunci : metode pemberian tugas, media gambar, perkembangan bahasa
The problems found in this study regarding the lack of language development in children. This study aims to determine the increase in language development in children after application of the method of administration tasks aided media images on children in group A the second semester of academic year 2013/2014 at the Putra Kusuma Tampaksiring kindergarten. This research is an action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects were 18 kindergarten children in Group A Second Semester Academic Year 2013/2014. The research data collected on fine motor skills with the method of observation and the observation instrument in the form of sheet format. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis method. The results of the data analysis showed that an increase in the ability of language development with the application of the method of administration tasks on the first cycle of 51.55% which is in the medium category was experiencing an increase in cycle II to 89.55% were classified in the high category. Thus, there is an increase in language development in children after application of the method of administration tasks aided image media by 38%
