PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF GROUP INVESTIGATION BERBANTUAN MEDIA KONKRET TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPA SISWA KELAS V SD GUGUS KOLONEL I GUSTI NGURAH RAI DENPASAR UTARA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe GI berbantuan Media Konkret terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen yang digunakan desain eksperimen semu dengan rancangan kelompok non-ekuivalen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VC SDN 1 Ubung sebagai kelompok eksperimen dengan jumlah 37 siswa dan kelas VA SDN 2 Ubung sebagai kelompok kontrol dengan jumlah 40 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan metode tes, yakni tes pilihan ganda biasa yang berjumlah 30 butir soal yang telah di validasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t. Hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung=6,46 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dan dk=75 diperoleh nilai ttabel=2,000 sehingga thitung=6,46> ttabel=2,000 maka Ho ditolak. Ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe GI berbantuan Media Konkret dan siswa yang tidak dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe GI berbantuan Media Konkret pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai. Rerata nilai kompetensi pengetahuan IPA yang dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe GI berbantuan Media Konkret, yaitu 84,45 dengan predikat Baik (B) dan siswa yang tidak dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe GI berbantuan Media Konkret yaitu, 72,5 dengan predikat Cukup (C). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe GI berbantuan Media Konkret berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai.

This study aims to difference the effect of science between grade V students in SD Gugus Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai who is learning to use cooperative learning model type GI with concrete media and students who are studying the coalition on the theme of ecosystem. This research is an experimental research with the research design used is a quasi-experimental design (nonquivalent control group design). Population in this research is all student of class V at SD Gugus Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai District of North Denpasar. Determination of the sample is done by random sampling technique which is first done equality test on every member of population. Method of completion of data in this research is test method. Data collecting knowledge of IPA analyzed by t-test. The result of the research based on the observed data shows the significant difference of science knowledge between grade V students in Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai Sub District, North Denpasar Lesson Year 2016/2017 who are studying using GI Co-operative Learning Model with Concrete Media and students who are learning learning On the theme of ecosystem is dk = 37 + 40-2 = 75 with significant level 5%, then obtained (tct = 6.46> ttabel = 2.000) and the average knowledge of science that is learning using cooperative learning model type GI with concrete media , Namely 84.45 and students who follow the conventional learning, which is 72.5. Thus, it can be concluded that there is influence of Cooperative Type Learning Model GI with Concrete Media to science knowledge of grade V students of SD Gugus Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai District of North Denpasar Lesson Year 2016/2017.
