PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK TALK WRITE TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model Think Talk Write (TTW) dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model konvensional pada siswa kelas IV semester II di SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah kelas IV semester II di SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 134 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Sebanyak 22 siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Penarukan dan 25 siswa dari kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Penarukan dipilih sebagai sampel. Data skor hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes pilihan ganda. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran konvensional, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 6,59 dan ttabel sebesar 2,014. Artinya, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV semester II di SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: hasil belajar, IPA, think talk write
The purpose of this research is to know the difference of science learning outcomes between groups of students follow by Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model and group of students follow by conventional learning model in fourth grade second semester students at SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng. This plan of research to used Nonequivalent Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The population of this research is the second semester students in fourth grade in SD Gugus II kecamatan Buleleng in academic year 2016/2017, which are 134 students. The sample take with random sampling thenique. Amounts 22 students from fourth grade students in SD Negeri 1 Penarukan and amounts 25 students from fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Penarukan to choiced as sample. The score data of the science learning outcomes were collected by multiple choice test instrument. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that there were differences of science learning outcomes between groups of students who were follow by Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model and group of students who were follow by conventional learning model, with the thitung is 6,59 and ttabel is 2,014. The data means that the thitung is greater than ttabel. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Think Talk Write (TTW) given positive effect to science learning outcomes in fourth grade seconde semester students in SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng in academic year 2016/2017.
