PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD BERBANTUAN LKS TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan LKS dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus IX Kecamatan Kintamani tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV di Gugus IX Kecamatan Kintamani tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 238 orang. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas IV SDN. 6 Songan yang berjumlah 35 orang dan siswa kelas IV SDN 9 Songan yang berjumlah 38 orang. Data hasil belajar IPA siswa dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh thit = 8,29 dan ttab (pada taraf signifikansi 5%) = 1,993. Hal ini berarti bahwa thit > ttab, sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan LKS dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model konvensional. Dari rata-rata ( ) hitung, diketahui kelompok eksperimen adalah 23,82 dan kelompok kontrol adalah 17,42. Hal ini berarti bahwa eksperimen > kontrol, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD berbantuan LKS menyebabkan perbedaan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus IX Kecamatan Kintamani.Kata Kunci : model kooperatif tipe STAD, hasil belajar IPA
This study aims to determine differences in science learning outcomes between groups of students who follow the learning with cooperative model type STAD-assisted LKS and group of students who follow the learning with conventional model in fourth graders of elementary school in Cluster IX Kecamatan Kintamani 2016/2017 academic year. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this study is all students of class IV in Cluster IX Kintamani District 2016/2017 academic year which amounted to 238 people. The sample of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN. 6 Songan which amounted to 35 people and fourth grader of SDN 9 Songan which amounted to 38 people. Student learning outcomes data were collected with multiple choice test instruments. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis (t-test). Based on data analysis result, obtained thit = 8,29 and ttab (at 5% significance level) = 1,993. This means that thit> ttab, so it can be interpreted that there are significant differences of science learning outcomes between groups of students who follow the learning with cooperative model type STAD-assisted LKS and groups of students who follow the learning with conventional model. From the average () arithmetic, it is known that the experimental group is 23.82 and the control group is 17.42. This means that the experiment> control, so it can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative model type STAD-assisted LKS led to differences in learning outcomes of science students of grade IV elementary school in Gugus IX Kecamatan Kintamani.
