PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN AUDIO VISUAL TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPS KELAS V

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara siswa kelas V yang mengikuti pembejaran dengan model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media audio visual dengan siswa yang siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional di SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol Denpasar Barat Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol Denpasar Barat Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes. Data yang yang dikumpulkan berupa nilai penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS yang dianalisis dengan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 4,02 dan dengan taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = 75 diperoleh harga ttabel = 2,00. Oleh karena thitung = 4,02 > ttabel = 2,00 maka H0 yang menyatakan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media audio visual dengan kelas siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional di SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol Denpasar Barat Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 ditolak, dan rerata penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS yang mengikuti pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media audio visual yaitu 82,43 dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional, yaitu 70,11. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media audio terhadap penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS siswa kelas V SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol Denpasar Barat Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.

This study aims to determine the significant differences in the mastery of the competence of IPS knowledge between students of class V who followed the chase with the model of Problem Based Learning aided audio visual media with students who follow the conventional learning in SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol West Denpasar Academic Year 2016/2017. This research is a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study is all students of class V in SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol West Denpasar Academic Year 2016/2017. Sample determination was done by random sampling technique. Data collection method in this research is test method. The data collected in the form of mastery of the competence of IPS knowledge that is analyzed by t-test. Based on the analysis result obtained tcount = 4.02 and with 5% significance level with dk = 75 obtained ttable price = 2.00. Therefore thitung = 4.02> ttabel = 2.00 then H0 which states there is no significant difference in mastering the competence of IPS knowledge between students who are taught through the model of Problem Based Learning aided audio visual media with class of students who learned through conventional learning in SD Gugus Tuanku Imam Bonjol Denpasar Barat Academic Year 2016/2017 was rejected, and the average of competency of IPS knowledge that followed the learning of Problem Based Learning with audio visual media that is 82,43 and students who follow conventional learning, that is 70,11. Thus, it can be concluded there is the influence of learning model Problem Based Learning assisted audio media on the mastery of the competence of knowledge IPS students of grade V SD Tuanku Imam Bonjol West Denpasar Academic Year 2016/2017.
