This study aims to determine the difference between IPS learning outcomes between groups of students who were taught using learning models Talking Stick with Audio Media Assisted group of students who did not learn by using Talking Stick model with Audio Audio. The study design used "post-test only control group design" with t-test data analysis. The population of this research is the students in Buleleng District VI Clinic of 2016/2017 number of 176 students. Samples were taken using random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant difference of IPS learning outcomes between the groups of students who were taught with the teaching-assisted speaking stick model of Audio Media and the group of students who were not taught by using the Audio-taped talking stick teaching model with tcalculation = 2.01 > ttabel = 1.99 with significance <0.05. The average learning outcomes of the group of students who were taught with the teaching-assisted speaking stick model of Audio Media were higher than in the group of students who were not taught with the instructional speaking stick model with Audio Audio 22,57>20,24. This shows the model of teaching stick talking Audio Media helped significantly affect the results of IPS learning.
