PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER BERBANTUAN MEDIA POWER POINT TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN MATEMATIKA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi pengetahuan Matematika siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together berbantuan media Power Point dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian “Nonequivalent Control Group Design”. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara dengan jumlah populasi 335 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 3 Peguyangan sebagai kelompok eksperimen berjumlah 35 orang dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 11 Peguyangan sebagai kelompok kontrol berjumlah 36 orang. Data kompetensi pengetahuan Matematika siswa dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t diperoleh thitung 5,875 ttabel 2,000 dengan menggunakan taraf signifikan 5% dan dk = 69 sehingga thitung > ttabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi pengetahuan Matematika kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together berbantuan media Power Point dengan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara. Rerata gain skor kompetensi pengetahuan Matematika kelompok eksperimen yaitu X ̅ = 0,460 dan X ̅ = 0,228 untuk kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together berbantuan media Power Point berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan Matematika siswa kelas V SD Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : pembelajaran, kooperatif numbered head together, power point, kompetensi matematika.
The research objective was to find out the significant difference of Mathematics competence for students with cooperative learning model with Numbered Head Together type assisted by Power Point as the media and the students with conventional learning method to fifth grade students in elementary school of Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara in academic year of 2016/2017. This kind of research was quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. The research population was the whole fifth grade students in elementary school of Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara which was consist of 335 students. Sample of this research were the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 3 Peguyangan as an experimental group which consisted of 35 people and the fifth grade students of SD Negeri 11 Peguyangan as control group which consisted of 36 people. The Mathematics competence were collected with multiple choice test instrument. The data was analysis by using t-test. Based on the t-test analysis, it is result to thitung 5,875 ttabel 2,000 using the significant level of 5% and dk 69 so thitung > ttabel . The research result indicate that there is significant difference of Mathematics competence between group of students with cooperative learning model with Numbered Head Together type assist by Power Point as the media to group of students with conventional learning model to fifth grade students in elementary school of Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara. Average gain score of Mathematics competence of experimental group X ̅ = 0,460 and X ̅ = 0,28 for control group. As the result, it can be conclud that cooperative learning model with Numbered Head Together type assist by Power Point as the media gives a significant effect to Mathematics competence of fifth grade students in elementary school of Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Utara in academic year of 2016/2017.
