This study aimed to determine the difference of Science learning outcomes between students who were given learning Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) is loaded with Tri Hita Karana concept and students who were given conventional learning model in the fifth grade students in Cluster I District of Kintamani in the academic year 2016/2017. This study wis a quasi experiment with non-equivalent posttest only control group design and 46 samples taken by simple random sampling. The student Science learning outcomes were collected by using a objective test consisting of 40 test points. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis (t-test). The results of the study shows it was found that there were significant differences between students who given learning Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) with Tri Hita Karana concept and students who were given conventional model in term science score (tcount = 5.858 and ttable = 2.021 so tcount>ttable). The existence of these differences indicates that Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model with Tri Hita Karana concept effected the fifth grade students in Cluster I District of Kintamani’s science outcome.
