PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION BERBASIS MEDIA KONKRET TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPA SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA antara kelompok siswa kelas V SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Denpasar Timur Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation berbasis media konkret dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Desain penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Eksperimen semu dengan rancangan non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara yang berjumlah 230 orang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V A SD Negeri 29 Dangin Puri berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 19 Dangin Puri berjumlah 33 orang sebagai kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes dalam bentuk tes objektif pilihan ganda biasa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung = 4,13. Harga tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan harga ttabel dengan dk = 35 + 33 – 2 = 66 dan taraf signifikansi 5% sehingga diperoleh harga ttabel =2,00, karena thitung > ttabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima Rata – rata kelompok eksperimen adalah 78,4 lebih besar dari rata –rata kelompok kontrol yaitu 65,1 , maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Group Investigation berbasis media konkret berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa kelas V SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantara Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : Group investigation, media konkret,kompetensi pengetahuan IPA
The purpose of this study is to determine the significant differences in the mastery of science knowledge competence in grade 5th students at SD Ki Hajar Dewantara cluster East Denpasar in academic year 2016 / 2017 of groups of students who are taught using cooperative learning model of Group Investigation type based on concrete media with groups of students who are taught using conventional learning model The design of this study is a quasi-experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study is all students of grade 5th SD Ki Hajar Dewantara cluster East Denpasar, amounting to 230 peoples. Samples were taken by random sampling technique. The sample in this study is the students of grade 5th A SD Negeri 29 Dangin Puri with the number of 35 students as experimental group and grade 5th students of SD Negeri 19 Dangin Puri with 33 students as control group. The data were collected using the test method in the form of a standard multiple-choice objective test. The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test. The result of data analysis is tcount = 4,13. The price then compared with the price of ttable with dk = 35 + 33 - 2 = 66 and the significance level of 5% so that the obtained ttable = 2.00, because tcount > ttable then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The average of the experimental group was 78,4 while the control group was 65,1 So it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model of Group Investigation type based on concrete media has an effect on science knowledge competence of student in grade 5th SD Ki Hajar Dewantara cluster in academic year 2016/2017.
