Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Teams Games Tournament Terhadap Penguasaan Kompetensi Pengetahuan IPA Kelas V SD Gugus Pattimura Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA pada kelompok siswa kelas V SD Gugus Pattimura Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian semu menggunakan desain non-equivalent control group desain. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V tahun ajaran 2016/2017 di SD Gugus Pattimura Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan dengan jumlah 328 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini, yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri 18 Sesetan yang berjumlah 41 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 11 Sesetan yang berjumlah 49 orang sebagai kelompok kotrol yang dipilih dengan random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode tes. Data tentang penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda biasa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional (thitung=4,79>ttabel=2,00). Dari rata-rata penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA diketahui siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament lebih baik dari kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional (X ̅1=88,02; X ̅2=78,4).Kata Kunci : Kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament, penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA
The aim of this study was to find out the difference of mastery the knowledge competence of science between the 5th grade students of SD Negeri 18 Sesetan and of SD Negeri 11 Sesetan in the 2016-2017 academic year. The first group of students were taught using Teams Games Tournament learning model while the second group were taught by using convensional learning. This study was a quasi study using non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was all of them fifth grade students in the 2016-2017 academic year of the elementary schools in Gugus Pattimura in South Denpasar. Subdistrict with the total number 328 students. The sample of this study was the 41 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 18 Sesetan and the 49 fifth-grade students of SD Negeri 11 Sesetan. The sample was done by random sampling technique and it obtained the 41 students as an experimental group and the 49 students as a controling group. The data of this study were obtained using a test method. The data about mastering the knowledge competence of science was collected by using a multiple choice test. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using a t-test statistic analysis. The result of this study shows that there is a significant difference in mastering the knowledge competence of science between the group taught using Teams Games Tournament learning model and the other group taught using convensional learning (tcount=4,79>ttable=2,00). From the average of mastering the knowledge competence of science, it is know that the students taught using Teams Games Tournament learning model are better than the students taught using convensional learning (X ̅1=88,02; X ̅2=78,4).
