PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) BERBANTUAN MEDIA QUESTION CARD TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPS SISWA KELAS IV GUGUS LETKOL WISNU DENPASAR TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) bebantuan media question card dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional di kelas IV Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2016/1017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperiment dengan desain Nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV Gugus letkol Wisnu Denpasar dengan jumlah 345 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan berjumlah 36 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen, dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 12 Peguyangan berjumlah 32 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian berupa penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS siswa, dikumpulkan dengan metode tes, dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan uji-t. Dari hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh thitung = 4,411, sedangkan ttabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan dk = (36+32) – 2 = 66 adalah 2,000 sehingga thitung > ttabel yang berarti H0 ditolak (gagal diterima) dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perpedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media question card dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Rerata gain skor penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS kelompok eksperimen yaitu 0,39 dan 0,24 untuk kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media question card berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS siswa kelas IV Gugus Letkol Wisnu Denpasar Tahun Ajaran 2016/1017.Kata Kunci : Kooperatif, TGT,konvensional, kompetensi pengetahuan.
This study aimed to determineing the significant differences in the mastery of IPS competencies between students who were taught by cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) assisted by media question card with students who were taught by conventional learning in class IV gugus letkol wisnu denpasar academic year 2016/1017. This type of research was quasy experiment with Nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was all students of class IV gugus letkol wisnu denpasar with a total of 345 students. The sample in this research was the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 6 Peguyangan amounted to 36 students as experiment class, and fourth grade students of SD Negeri 12 Peguyangan amounted to 32 students as control class. Research data in the form of mastery of knowledge competence of students' IPS, collected by test method, and then analyzed by t-test. From t-calculation results obtain tcount = 4.411, while table at 5% significance level with dk = (36 + 32) - 2 = 66 is 2.000 so thitung> ttable which means H0 reject (fail acceptable) and Ha be accept. The result showed that there is a significant difference in the mastery of the competence of IPS knowledge between students who were taught by cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) assisted media question card with students who are taught by conventional learning. The average gain score of knowledge competence of experimental group IPS was 0,39 and 0,24 for the control group. So it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) media assisted question card influence on the mastery of the competence of knowledge of social studies IPS class IV Cluster Lieutenant Colonel Wisnu Denpasar Academic Year 2016.
