PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SD

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dan kelompok siswa yang tidak dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Talking Stick pada siswa kelas V SD di gugus III Kecamatan Jembrana tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan non equivalent post-test only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas V SD di Gugus III Kecamatan Jembrana tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan jumlah 62 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada hasil belajar IPA dalam bentuk tes pilihan ganda. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil belajar adalah tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen sebesar 20,53 dan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol sebesar 15,29. Hasil pengujian data post-test diperoleh data dari kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji-t. Kriteria pengujian jika thitung> ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, dengan dk = n1+n2-2 dan α =5%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 7,48 dan ttabelsebesar 2,000 maka thitung> ttabel sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran Talking Stick terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas V SD di gugus III Kecamatan Jembrana tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : model Talking Stick, hasil belajar IPA.
This research aim to know there is influence which is signifikan result of learning IPA among group of students in learning with the model of talking tsick teaching and group of students who are not in learning with the model of talking stick teaching in fifth grade student in elementary school belonging to the cluster 3 of Jembrana district in academic years 2016/2017. This research was a quasi experimental study using a post-test with design group control non-equivalent. The population of this research was the all of the students that was 62 student in fifth grade student in elementary school belonging to the cluster 3 of Jembrana district in academic years 2016/2017.The sample was taken out of two classes using group random sampling technique. Method used to collect data is method of Tes. Instrument used to collect data result of learning is tes result of learning. Result of research the obtained is experiment group average value equal to 20,53 and group average value control equal to 15,29. Result of examination of post-test obtained by data result of experiment class and control class to have homogeneous and normal distribution. Data analysis used to test hypothesis is test t. Examination criterion if tcaunt> ttables hence Ho refused and Is ha accepted with dk=n1+n2-2 and α = 5%. Result of hypothesis test obtained by tcaunt equal to 7,48 and ttables equal to 2,000 hence so that Ho refused and Is ha accepted. Pursuant to result of the research can be concluded that there is a significant influence of talking stick teaching model to the result learn IPA class student of this research was the fifth grade elementry school students in cluster 3 of Jembrana district academic year 2016/2017.
