PENGARUH MODEL QUANTUM TEACHING MELALUI KARYAWISATA TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPS SISWA KELAS V

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan Model Quantum Teaching Melalui Karyawisata dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional pada tema ekosistem siswa kelas V SD Gugus Dewi Sartika Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen semu (Rancangan Kelompok Non-ekiuvalen). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Negeri Gugus Dewi Sartika Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Tahun Pelajaraan 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 359 siswa. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri 3 Kesiman dan SD Negeri 7 Kesiman. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode tes. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa nilai penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara siswa kelas V di SD Gugus Dewi Sartika Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017 yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan Model Quantum Teaching Melalui Karyawisata dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada tema ekosistem (thitung = 3,476 > ttabel = 2,000) dengan dk = 86 dan taraf signifikansi 5% (α = 0,05). Rerata penguasaan pengetahuan IPS yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan Model Quantum Teaching Melalui Karyawisata (X ̅= 81,46 > X ̅= 75,76) siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Quantum Teaching Melalui Karyawisata berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS siswa kelas V SD Gugus Dewi Sartika Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : model quantum teaching, karyawisata, kompetensi pengetahuan IPS
This research aimed to explain significant difference of social competency knowledge between a groups of student which is taught Quantum Teaching model through study tour and a groups of student which is taught conventional learning with ecosystem theme grade V students Gugus Dewi Sartika year of study 2016/2017. This research is experimental research which used apparent experiment design (non-equivalent group plan) as the research plan. The population of this research are all grade V students in SD Negeri Gugus Dewi Sartika Kecamatan Denpasar Timur year of study 2016/2017. The sample is determined by using ransom sampling technique. Test method is used as the method of collecting the data. The data which are collected are the competency understanding result of social knowledge competency and t-test. The Analysis of data shows there is a significant difference of social competency knowledge between a groups of student which is taught Quantum Teaching model through study tour and a groups of student which is taught conventional learning with ecosystem theme (tcount = 3,476 > ttable = 2,000) with dk = 86 and significant level = 5% (α = 0,05). The average of social knowledge student which is learnt Quantum Teaching model through study tour ( = 81,46 > = 75,76) the student which is learnt conventional learning. Hence, it could be concluded that Quantum Teaching model through study tour has significant influence with the social competency knowledge of SD Negeri Gugus Dewi Sartika Kecamatan Denpasar Timur year of study 2016/2017 students.
