PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER BERBANTUAN MEDIA VISUALTERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS V SD DI GUGUS IV KECAMATAN SAWAN TAHUN PELAJARAN 2016/2017

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS secara signifikan antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berbantuan media visual dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru pada siswa kelas V SD di Gugus IV Kecamatan Sawan Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian post-test only control group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 174 orang siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini dipilih secara acak dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sebanyak 44 orang siswa kelas V terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data hasil belajar IPS dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes. Data hasil belajar IPS dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial dengan teknik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPS antara siswa kelas V yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berbantuan media visual dan siswa kelas V yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru dengan nilai thitung 4,33 dan nilai ttab 2,02, dengan demikian maka thitung>ttab. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together berbantuan media visual berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V SD di Gugus IV Kecamatan Sawan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata Kunci : Numbered Head Together, media visual, hasil belajar, IPS.
The issue in this research was the low learning result of students in social science. This research aimed to find out the significant difference of the social since learning result between of students taugth by Numbered Head Together learning model aided by visual media and the student taught by teacher-centered learning on the 5th grade of elementary school student in cluster IV Sawan district academic year 2016/2017. The research design used in this research was post-test only control group design. The population of this research was 174 5th grade elementary school students. The sample of this research was randomly selected by using simple random sampling technique. 44 5th grade elementary school students were selected as the sample. The data of social science learning result was collected by using method test. The data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics by t-test technique. The research result indicated that there is a significant differnece of social science learning result between the 5th grade students taught by Number Head Together aided by visual media learning model and the 5th grade students taught by teacher-centered learning with the value of tarithmatic 4.33 > ttable 2.02. Based on this finding, it can be councluded that number head together aided by visual media learning model affected possitively towards the 5th grade students’ learning result in social sciencein cluster IV of Sawan district.
