This research aims to know the significant difference of Social Science learning outcomes among students who follow the cooperative learning model type decision making of video and media-aided students who follow the conventional learning model with learning in students of class V in the cluster Sukasada Sub-district VI year lessons 2016/2017.This type of research is quasi experiment research that use of non-equivalent design post test only control group design. This research population totalling 180 people. The sample of this study using random sampling. Data results collected social science learning with multiple choice tests-shaped instrument. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and statistical analysis inferensial (test-t). Based on the results of data analysis, retrieved tvalue = 5.74 and ttable (significance level at 5%) = 1.999. This means that tvalue > ttable, so it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference of social science learning outcomes among students who follow learning with a learning model cooperative type Decision Making and students who follow the conventional learning model with learning. Of the average count, calculating the average group of experiments is 22.72 average and calculate the control group was 16.8. This means that the average count experiment > averaged to calculate control group, so that it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model type Decision Making assisted Video Media influence on learning outcomes social science grade V in the cluster VI Sukasada Sub-district.
