This study aims to determine the difference IPS learning outcomes between students who follow the learning with cooperative learning model type learning together (LT) with media power points and students who follow the learning with conventional learning model. The type of this research is quasi experimental research with post-test only control group design. The population of this research is the students of grade V SD Gugus Sriwijaya, which amounted to 114 students. The sample of the research used random sampling technique. IPS learning result data is collected with multiple choice test instruments. Analytical techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics Test-t help SPSS 16 for Windows. The results of the analysis show that the significance (sig) is smaller than α or α is greater than the significance (sig), 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be interpreted that there are differences in learning outcomes of IPS between students learning by using cooperative learning model type Learning Together with power point and students using conventional model. Thus, this study indicates that there are significant differences in IPS learning outcomes between groups of students who are taught by cooperative model of learning together (LT) types supported by power points media and those taught by conventional learning model.
