HUBUNGAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DAN RASA PERCAYA DIRI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA KELAS V

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa, (2) hubungan antara rasa percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa, dan (3) hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan rasa percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa. Jenis penelitian Expost Facto. Variabel yang diteliti adalah dua variabel bebas yaitu pola asuh orang tua dan rasa percaya diri, serta satu variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar IPA. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD dan orang tua siswa di Gugus VIII Desa Seraya, jumlah sampelnya 49 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik jenuh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket Data pola asuh orang tua dan rasa percaya diri diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket serta untuk mendapatkan data hasil belajar IPA siswa diperoleh melalui pencatatan dokumen. Teknik analisis regresi dengan melakukan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas sebaran data, uji linearitas dan keberartian regresi, dan uji multikolinearitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD di Gugus VIII Desa Seraya, dengan koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0,395, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara rasa percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD di Gugus VIII Desa Seraya, dengan koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0,323, dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua dan rasa percaya diri terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD di Gugus VIII Desa Seraya, dengan koefisien korelasi R sebesar 0,471.

This study aimed to determine (1) the relationship between parents' parenting toward the students' Science learning outcomes, (2) the relationship between self-confidence toward students' Science learning outcomes, and (3) the relationship between parents’ parenting and self-confidence toward students’ Science learning outcomes. This research type is Expost Facto. The variables studied were two independent variables, they were parents’ parenting and self-confidence, as well as one dependent variable, that was the result of learning science. The population of this study were the V grade students of elementary school and parents in the Gugus VIII the number of samples was 49 respondents. The sampling jenuh technique. The data were collected using questionnaire. The data of parents’parenting and self-confidence were obtained through the questionnaire while the data of students’ Science Learning outcomes were gathered through document recording. The data analysis used regression technique which was done by doing analysis test, that was normality test, linearity test and regression significance, and multicollinearity test.
The result of the research showed that there is a significant correlation between the parents’ parenting toward the students' Science learning outcomes in grade V of elementary school in Gugus VIII with 0.395 R correlation coefficient, there is a significant relationship between self-confidence in science learning outcomes of grade V elementary students in Gugus VIII with 0.323 R correlation coefficient and there is a significant relationship between parents’ parenting and self-confidence toward the result of science learning outcomes of the V grade students at elementary in Gugus VIII Seraya Village with 0,471 correlation coefficient.
