The aimed of the study was to determine the significant difference between the students’ result of learning Civics with VCT model supported by power point and students who were nottaught with VCT model on grade V of second semester in academic year 2016/2017 at SD Gugus II Buleleng distric. The type of the research was quasi-experimental research. The population of this study was 137 students in grade V of second semester in academic year 2016/2017 at SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng. The result of the data was collected by using 30 items in multiple choice test. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics analysis namely t-test. The result of data analysis shown the average of the students’ result in experimental group is bigger than control group. The result of this study indicates that there is significant differences between learning PKN using VCT rather than the group of students who were not taught Civics with VCT model in the Grade V at SD Gugus II Buleleng distric (thit> ttab = 2,850> 2,021). It can be concluded that learning process using VCT model suported by power point has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of Civics of Grade V at SD Group II Buleleng distric.
