PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SNOWBALL THROWING BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS IV

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing berbasis kearifan lokal dengan siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran bukan Snowball Throwing pada siswa kelas IV di Gugus 8 Seraya Barat tahun pelajaran 2016/2017). Jenis peneltian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV Gugus 8 seraya barat yang berjumlah 113 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Seraya Barat yang berjumlah 23 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat yang berjumlah 23 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pemilihan pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik group random sampling. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial uji-t. Analisis hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, diketahui thit = 7,34 dan ttab pada taraf signifikansi 5% = 2,021. Hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa thit > ttab, sehingga hasil penelitian adalah signifikan. Hal ini berarti, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran Snowball Throwing berbasis kearifan lokal dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran bukan Snowball Throwing pada siswa kelas IV di Gugus 8 Seraya Barat tahun pelajaran 2016/2017).Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: hasil belajar, kearifan lokal, snowball throwing.
This study aims to determine the difference between IPS learning outcomes among students who follow the learning model of Snowball Throwing based on local wisdom with students who follow the learning model is not Snowball Throwing in the fourth grade students in 8 Seraya Barat Class 2016/2017). This type of research is a quasi-experimental study. The population in this study is all students of class IV Gugus 8 while the west of which 113 students. The sample of this research is class IV of SD Negeri 2 Seraya Barat which is 23 students as experiment group and fourth grader of SD Negeri 1 Seraya Barat with 23 students as control group. The selection of sampling in this study was done by group random sampling technique. Learning result data is collected by using multiple choice test. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis technique and t-test inferential statistic. The analysis of the results of this study shows, known thit = 7.34 and ttab at the level of significance 5% = 2.021. The result shows that thit> ttab, so the result of the research is significant. This means that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes between groups of students who follow the Snowball Throwing learning model based on local wisdom and groups of students who follow the learning model instead of Snowball Throwing in the fourth grade students in the 8th Seraya Barat Classroom of 2016/2017).
