This research intend to knowing a significant difference in learning outcomes of Citizenship Education between groups of students who are taught using Take and Give models based on local culture and groups of students who are taught not to use the Take and Give model based on local culture in fifth grade students in the academic year 2016/2017 In cluster IX Karangasem. This research is an experimental research with post test only control group design. In this research the sample was taken from the population consisting of two class groups namely experimental class and control class determined by prohability sampling technique that is cluster sampling. The number of students who become sample as many as 48 people. The data used as research material is the result of learning Civics students class V. The data was collected by test methods. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the t-test (polled variance). Based on the analysis result is known t count is greater than t table (t hitung> t table), so H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the Take and Give learning model based on local culture has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education on fifth grade students the academic year 2016/2017 in cluster IX districtsKarangasem.
