Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Numbered Head Together Berbantuan Media Audio Visual Terhadap Kompetensi Pengetahuan IPA Siswa Kelas IV SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA antara siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang dibelajarkan mengggunakan model pembelajaraan kooperatif tipe NHT berbantuan media audio visual dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan desain penelitian rancangan kelompok non-ekuivalen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 486 siswa. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas IVB SD Negeri 4 Ubung sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas IVA SD Negeri 2 Ubung sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa tes pilihan ganda biasa. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan uji-t. Hasil analisis menunjukkkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berbantuan media audio visual dan pembelajaran konvensional siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil thitung = 3,7225 > ttabel = 2,000. Oleh karena thitung = 3,7225 > ttabel = 2,000 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Demikian pula nilai rata-rata kompetensi pengetahuan IPA kelompok eksperimen, X ̅=0,57 > X ̅=0,42 rata-rata penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPA kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT berbantuan media audio visual berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPA Siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Kolonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.

This study was aimed to determine the significant difference, knowledge competence in science between fourth grade students of SD Gugus Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai in the academic year of 2016/2017 which was taught using cooperative learning model of NHT using the help of audio visual and students who were taught using conventional learning. This type of research is an quasi experiment using nonequivalent control group design. The people who were involved in this research were all the fourth grade students of SD Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai academic year of 2016/201, with total of 486 students. The research sample was determined by random sampling technique. The sample in this research was class IVB of SD Negeri 4 Ubung which was use as an experiment group and class IVA of SD Negeri 2 Ubung which was use as a control group. The data on knowledge competence in science was collected by instrument, in the form of a multiple choice questions. Then the data was analyzed by t-test. The result of the analysis showed that, there was a significant difference of knowledge competence in science between students who were taught using cooperative learning model NHT using the help of audio visual and conventional learning of fourth grade students of SD Gugus Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai in academic year of 2016/2017. This was proved by the result of thitung = 3,7225 > ttabel = 2,000. Therefore thitung = 3,7225 > ttabel = 2,000 so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Therefore the average value of knowledge competence in science of experimental group is, X ̅=0,57 > X ̅=0,42 the average of understanding in knowledge competence in science in the control group. Therefore it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning model type NHT using the help of audio visual had influenced on knowledge competence in science of fourth grade students in SD Colonel I Gusti Ngurah Rai academic year of 2016/2017.
